Ready-made items are usually shipped within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
If an item is made to order, the estimated production time will be stated in the product description.

European Union
- Standard shipping: €15
- Free shipping on orders over €100
Rest of the World
- Standard shipping: €25
- Free shipping on orders over €150
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:
- Estonia: 1–3 business days
- European Union: 5–14 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–30 business days

Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers outside the European Union are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees required by their country.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to help resolve the issue.
Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned within 30 days in their original condition.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was sent incorrectly.
Handmade Items
Please note that all handmade products are individually crafted. Small variations in colour, texture or finish are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
Custom Orders
Custom or personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
